Emergency Call Outs
Our minimum call out charge for emergencies is £35 within a 25 mile radius of Liphook. Outside of this area, we charge an additional £1 per mile.
- For plumbing emergencies there is a call out fee of £50 which covers you for the first 30mins. After that its £25 per 30mins.
- For heating emergencies there is a call out fee of £65 which covers you for the first 30mins. After that its £35 per 30mins.
- For Gas emergencies there is a call out fee of £80 which covers you for the first 30mins. After that it is £45 per 30mins.
All of the above fees do not include material costs. Costs shown are for guideline purposes only.

Guarantees
All work carried out by one of our fully qualified engineers has a 3 year guarantee (subject to normal wear and tear). We are Gas Safe registered and have full public liability insurance.
Invoice
An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out - time started/time finished, a full breakdown of the cost of Labour and materials used.
Payment
Payment must be made in full by credit card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.
